Terms of Service
1. The service
Little Story (littlestory.me), operated by Nestoz, a Singapore company (“we”), is a private family space for recording a child’s growth. Only people invited by the guardian who created the space can access it.
2. Accounts
- You can sign up with Google or an email verification link.
- Keep your account details accurate; account security (passwords, PINs) is your responsibility.
- Access to a family space (family/friend invites, PIN sharing) is managed by the guardian who created it.
3. Your content stays yours
You own the photos, videos, writing, and letters you upload. We process content only as needed to provide the service (storage, resizing, display to invited people, translation on request) — never for advertising, marketing, or AI training.
4. Prohibited use
- Uploading content that infringes others’ rights (likeness, copyright)
- Posting photos or information of a child you have no authority over
- Posting illegal or harmful content
- Attempting to bypass the service’s access controls (PINs, invites)
Violations may lead to content removal, restriction, or account termination.
5. Pricing
Core features are free. If paid plans (e.g. expanded storage) are introduced, pricing and terms will be announced in advance. Introducing a paid plan will never cause content you have already uploaded to be deleted or made inaccessible.
6. Changes and shutdown
We may change features to improve the service. If the service must shut down, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and provide a way to download all of your content.
7. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we are not liable for damage caused by force majeure or failures of external infrastructure. Damage caused by our intent or gross negligence is compensated as required by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply and take precedence where required.
